Located mere steps from Gondola One, Cucina savory breakfast menu is served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. weekdays and 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. weekends. Our fantastic family friendly après ski specials and full menu service are availble from 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. daily.
The winter breakfast menu is a diverse collection of traditional and seasonal breakfast items sure to please the palate of every member of your dining party. Offering value and variety, as well as extensive options of high quality ingredients with the build-your-own omelet station, daily fruit and vegetable juice blends, buttermilk pancakes with fresh seasonal fruit and Vermont maple syrup, organic steel cut oats with brown sugar and dried fruit, farm fresh eggs with ham, chicken sausage or apple smoked bacon, Huevos rancheros and more!
For the lighter eater, our a la carte, omelet-only or continental-only buffet options provide just the right amount of fuel to walk through the shops of Vail Village, and our complete selection of drinks are available for those who need to grab a quick drink on the fly. Have a latte, espresso, fresh juice, or treat yourself to our customer-favorite hot chocolate.
Cucina's outdoor fire-pit and newly renovated bar are the perfect location to unwind after a long day on the hill. NEW this season, Cucina's family friendly après will run nearly all day startting at 12:00 p.m. with live muisc from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Guests’ can enjoy daily food and drink specials featuring traditional cocktails and “fireside warmers”. Soups and small bites are also available during après and offer great sharing options.
