Cucina Rustica offers a traditional skiers’ breakfast menu and a fantastic après cocktails and appetizer menu by their new outdoor fire pit.

Breakfast is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and the après fire pit bar is open from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Seats fill up quickly, so for reservations please call 970-754-7872.

For the convenience of our guests, the concierge is also happy to suggest a variety of nearby Vail dining establishments with rich, local flavor.

The award-winning wine selections and culinary delights available in our Vail restaurants can also be served in the comfort of your own guestroom.
