Do you have a spa? The Lodge at Vail is proud to be the home to our new RockResorts Spa®. The 11,000 square-foot spa features 11 luxurious treatment rooms, and an array of different treatments, including massage, facials and full body scrubs as well as a new state-of-the-art fitness center. We also have a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and men’s and ladies’ tranquility and locker rooms.
Do you allow smoking? No, The Lodge at Vail is a non-smoking facility. Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or on their balconies.
Do you allow pets? If so, are there any limitations? We allow pets (dogs only) in a few select rooms. To book a room with a pet, you must book it directly with the hotel to check availability. If you arrive with a dog without notifying the hotel ahead of time, you may be refused your room and lose your deposit.
When is front desk service available? Our front desk is open 24 hours a day.
Is the lodge ski-in/ski-out? Our back door opens to the lift, only steps from the property. In fact, we’re closer to the ski lift than any other hotel in Vail Village. However, strictly speaking, we are not a truly ski-in/ski-out because you cannot wear your skis right up to the hotel entrance. We also offer complimentary ski/snowboard storage and valet services for our guests, for your convenience, right at the lift base and our ski valet can assist you as needed.
When is room service available? Room service is available from 7am until midnight during the winter season. In the summer, spring and fall months please check with the front desk for specific room service hours.
Is breakfast included with overnight room rates? We do offer packages that have breakfast included with the package rate. Please inquire with our reservations department by calling 866-LAV-ROCK, 970-754-7880 or by sending an email.
What amenities are included with an overnight reservation? All resort service items are now packaged under one daily Resort Fee. These amenities and services include, but are not limited to, high-speed Internet access, newspaper delivery, business kiosk use with complimentary printing and faxes (more than 25 copies a fee will be assessed), local phone calls, water upon arrival and coffee provided in rooms, and a coffee station in the restaurant lobby. In the winter months we also provide spiced cider, hot chocolate and cookies in the late afternoon in our lobby.
Do you offer valet parking? If so, is there a charge? Yes, we offer valet parking. For the 2014-2015 winter season, valet parking is $25 per car, per night. For the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons valet parking is $20 per car, per night.
Do you offer babysitting? Our concierge can arrange babysitting services for you.
Where is the nearest lift-ticket office? The nearest lift-ticket office is directly adjacent to the Lodge.
Where can I store my ski/snowboard equipment? We offer complimentary on-mountain ski storage adjacent to the ski lifts.
Do you have an ATM? Yes, there is an ATM machine adjacent to the lobby.
