Do you have a spa?
We do not currently have a spa; we however do arrange in-room massages, manicures, and pedicures. We also have a heated outdoor pool, exercise room, hot tubs, sauna, and men’s and ladies’ rooms. We are scheduled to open a RockResorts SpaTM in November 2007.
When is front desk service available?
Our front desk is open 24 hours a day.
Do you allow smoking?
No, The Lodge at Vail is a non-smoking facility.
Do you allow pets? If so, are there any limitations?
We allow pets (dogs only) in a few select rooms. To book a room with a pet, you must book it directly with the hotel to check availability. If you arrive with a dog without notifying the hotel ahead of time, you may be refused your room and lose your deposit.
Is the lodge ski-in/ski-out?
We are just steps from the ski lift and closer to the ski lift than any other hotel in Vail Village. However, strictly speaking, we are not a true ski-in/ski-out lodge, because you cannot ski right up to the hotel entrance.
Do you have a restaurant?
We have two exceptional restaurants, including The Wildflower and Cucina Rustica.
Do you have a bar?
Yes, Mickey’s Piano Bar is located just above the lobby.
When is room service available?
Room service is available 24 hours a day.
Do you offer high-speed Internet access in the guestrooms?
Yes, we offer complimentary, wireless, high-speed Internet access in all guestrooms.
Do you offer valet parking? If so, is there a charge?
Yes, we offer complimentary valet parking; however, there is a nightly parking fee applied to all reservations.
Do you offer babysitting?
Our concierge can arrange babysitting services.
Where is the nearest lift-ticket office?
The nearest lift-ticket office is adjacent to the lodge.
Where can I store my ski/snowboard equipment?
We offer complimentary on-mountain ski storage adjacent to the ski lifts.
Do you have an ATM?
Yes, there is an ATM machine adjacent to the lobby.
